Please note, we are NOT a gluten-free restaurant and cannot ensure that cross-contamination will never occur.

If you are celiac and/or highly sensitive, please inform your server or the manager on duty and know that we will do our best, but cannot guarantee your food will not touch gluten somewhere in the process.

We have established processes in place to minimize cross-contamination, but there is still a great deal of gluten in the air and on our work surfaces. Though baked in the same oven, we take extra measures to keep our gluten-free crust pizzas as free of gluten as possible. Our gluten-free bread panini-pressed sandwiches must also be prepared on the same grill as our other sandwiches and although we do brush-clean the grill, there is still a good risk of cross contamination. Lastly, our pork is prepared in a beer marinade.
