Loaves of Bread
Ciabatta bread, heated, sliced and brushed with garlic oil.
10-12 slices per loaf.
Mixed Bruschetta Platter
Crostini served with 2 dips — Tomato, Basil and Asiago & Artichoke Tapenade.
Antipasto Platter
A tasty platter with Cappocolo ham, pepperoni, cheddar, provolone, feta, pepperoncini, marinated roasted tomatoes, olives, marinated artichoke hearts & roasted red pepper. Selections may vary.
Shrimp Cocktail
Cooked and shelled prawns served with Amicas cocktail sauce. Minimum order to serve 25 people.
Fire Roasted Crostini
Amicas House Crostini topped with our own fire roasted tomatoes, basil, melted mozzarella and drizzled with balsamic reduction.
Buffalo* Chicken Skewers
Marinated all natural chicken breasts skewers prepared with our house buffalo sauce and topped with gorgonzola cheese.

Romaine, diced chicken, artichoke hearts, sliced egg, diced tomato, gorgonzola, walnuts with our house vinaigrette.
Spinach Salad
Spinach, roasted red peppers, red onion, crumbled gorgonzola cheese and pine nuts in our pesto vinaigrette.
Ceasar Salad
Romaine, asiago and parmesan and croutons dressed with our classic Caesar dressing. Anchovies included, on the side.

Booking Information
A minimum food order is required for all catering and delivery services.
For orders serving fewer than 15 guests or events taking place within 5 days, please contact the restaurant directly for availability and assistance.

Additional Costs
Colorado sales tax applies unless your organization is tax exempt
A 20% gratuity is added to all catering invoices
Events hosted at the Salida SteamPlant include an additional 10% venue fee
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date
